Enjoy unobstructed views and enhanced temperature control with View Smart Windows at 80 Bond. These windows use electrochromic technology to provide automatically optimized natural light and panoramic views while helping to maintain a constant ambient temperature. At any time, you can also alter the opacity of the windows using an app on your smartphone, changing your windows from perfectly clear to fully tinted for privacy.

ATRIA Connected is a smart home suite of functions you can control from your smartphone with our app, or from the wall-pad located in your unit.

Key Functions

  • KEYLESS ENTRY
    Easily access your suite using your smartphone app or a unique passcode. Allow your guests to freely come and go by providing them secure, personalized access codes.
  • LOBBY PHONE
    Provide access to the building with one-way video and two-way audio using your smartphone or wall pad. If you miss a visitor, the lobby phone automatically stores a picture of them.
  • SMART HOME
    Simplify life with an easy way to interact with your suite. Control lobby access, control suite temperature, and perform other functions using your smartphone or in-suite wall pad.
  • TEMPERATURE & LIGHTING CONTROL
    Control your thermostat and lighting from anywhere on your mobile app or use the wall-pad in your suite. Automatically adjust your suite temperature by setting 'scenes' for different modes, such as morning, evening, or away.
  • FLOOD DETECTION
    Your suite is equipped with an integrated flood detector that will alert your smartphone, wall pad, and building concierge in case of an emergency.
  • A CONNECTED COMMUNITY
    Be part of a community sharing one app experience. Stay up to date with community messaging, access community calendars, and book shared amenities.
  • DIRECT CONNECT
    Reach Property Management directly from the app or your wall pad; they can immediately identify which suite is calling.
  • SMART PARCEL LOCKERS
    Rest assured that your parcel is secured in your community's smart locker ready for pick up. Receive a notification on your mobile app as soon as your package arrives, then scan your code to retrieve your package.
